Doyang Hydroelectric Project

The Doyang Hydroelectric Project, located in Asia, has a capacity of 3 X 25 MW. Encardio Rite supplied a range of instrumentation, including piezometers, strain gauges, inclinometers, and more for continuous monitoring of the rock-fill dam and spillway. These monitoring systems ensure real-time data collection, enabling effective assessment and optimization of the dam's safety, structural health, and operational performance.

The major scope of work for Encardio-rite for this project was the instrumentation and monitoring of the rock-fill dam & spillway. An extensive range of instruments installed by Encardio-rite includedinclinometers,piezometers, uplift pore pressure sensors,strain gages,pressure cells, temperature meters, joint meters,plumb lines, settlement points,portable readout units, and automatic data acquisition systems.
