Pennsylvania Chemicals, Shell Cracker Plant is spread across 360 acres, making it one of the largest industrial construction projects in the USA. Built on the banks of the Ohio River in Potter Township, Beaver County, the plant is expected to use ethane to produce 1.5 million tonnes of polyethylene per year.
