Wallich Residence Project

Project Wallich is a one of the tallest residential development, part of mixed-use development project at Tanjong Pagar. Wallich Residence is made up of 181 exclusive units of luxury apartments. It is located on the 39th to 64th floors of Tanjong Pagar Centre, an ambitious vertical city that will be the focal point of the Tanjong Pagar precinct. With four levels of amenities, from the hotel-inspired Wallich Concierge Service and the stunning infinity pool at level 39, to the private library on level 52 and breathtaking observation platforms on level 62, Wallich Residence is a tower that stands apart. Not just by its sheer height, but also by the quality of the life one experiences here.

The project required ground monitoring instruments during the construction works and risk assessment of adjacent structures. The monitoring works were provided by our Marketing Associate in the region. A number of our sensors were used including 170 numbers of tilt beam sensors (at EWL MRT Tunnels at Tanjong Pagar), 2 numbers of tilt sensors, 16 numbers piezometers and 30 numbers of arc weldable vw strain gauges. All sensors (100%) have operated satisfactorily.
