Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (TWRP)

The Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS) Phase II extends the tunnel system to the west of Singapore through a 30 km long south tunnel, 70 km of link sewers, the Tuas WRP and a 12 km deep-sea outfall. The DTSS is a massive integrated project being developed by the Public Utilities Board (PUB) in Singapore to meet the island country’s long-term clean water needs through the collection, treatment, reclamation and disposal of used water from industries, homes and businesses.

Instrumentation and monitoring works for the Tuas water reclamation plant was carried out by our marketing associate in the region. Almost 200 numbers of our piezometers and 50 numbers of arc weldable strain gages were used in the project. All sensors (100%) are operating satisfactorily until today.
