The Scotts Tower Condominium

The Scotts Tower is situated in one of the most desirable locations in Singapore. The 18,500 m2, 31 storeys (153 m high), 231 residential units tower consists of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses; expansive landscaped gardens, sky terraces, penthouse roof gardens and diverse recreational facilities.  The vertical frame organises the tower architecturally in an urban manner. The frame affords the tower the vertical city effect by dividing the four residential clusters into different neighbor hoods. The sky frames – at the lobby (level 1 and level 2) and sky terrace (level 25) – organize the amenity spaces and green areas of the tower.

The project required ground monitoring as well as well as risk assessment of adjacent structures during the construction works. The monitoring works were provided by our Marketing Associate in the region. A number of our sensors were used including 66 numbers of tilt beam sensors (at North South Line MRT Tunnels between Newton and Orchard MRT Station) and 8 numbers of piezometers. All sensors (100%) have operated satisfactorily.
