Encardio-rite has provided the instrumentation for the monitoring the foundation of the Burj Khalifa- Dubai, UAE, the tallest manmade structure in the world, at 829.84 m. We are also associated in the instrumentation of one of the world's second tallest residential tower at 442 m Lodha World One at Mumbai, India.

Marina Bay Sands Hotel


Location: Singapore

Marina Bay Sands is an Integrated Resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore. It is billed as the world's most expensive standalone casino property at S$8 billion, including cost of the prime land. the resort features a 2,561-room hotel, a 1,300,000-square-foot convention-exhibition centre, the 800,000-square-foot. The complex is topped by a 340m-long SkyPark with a capacity of 3,900 people and a 150m infinity swimming pool, set on top of the world's largest public cantilevered platform, which overhangs the north tower by 67m

Encardio-rite supplied a no. of geotechnical instruments/sensors for the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower-64 Storey at Singapore through our associate. The project instrumented by our associate Syseng (s) Pte. Ltd. Singapore with Wireless Web Base Data Monitoring with over 250 tilt sensors and several strain gages, displacement sensors & load cells.

Burj Khalifa

Burj Khalifa is the tallest man-made structure in the world at a height of 829.84 m. The project excavation work was started in the year 2004 with the official launch in the year 2010. Encardio-Rite supplied geotechnical instruments for the project during the construction of the high rise Burj Khalfa tower for foundation monitoring through Bodycote.

Lodha World one


Location: Mumbai, India

WorldOne is a supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, India. It is located in Upper Worli within Mumbai on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) defunct Shrinivas Mill site.

Encardio-Rite were part of this prestigious project in supplying and providing services for the foundation instruments.

Bomonti Time residence


Location: Istanbul, Turkey
Height: 195m
Floors: 52

Designed in two blocks of 48 floors, the property project consists of 505 flats in total. Bomonti Time Residence project will have home offices from the 3rd to 8th floor and flats at and above the 9th floor. The project will offer flats in the configurations of 1+0, 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1.

UAE, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi

Masdar City, the Zero Carbon, Zero Waste City of the Future. Arabian Sea Foundation is a joint venture between Sorouh and Orascom Construction Industries (OCI), Hydra Commercial Investments and Capital Investment. Masdar City is a planned city project in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. Its core is being built by Masdar, a subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company. Masdar City is being constructed 17 kilometres (11 mi) east-south-east of the city of Abu Dhabi, beside Abu Dhabi International Airport.Masdar City has terracotta walls decorated with arabesque patterns. From a distance, the city looks like a cube. A 45-meter (148 ft) high wind tower modeled on traditional Arab designs sucks air from above and pushes a cooling breeze through Masdar's streets.

Jumeirah Village

Jumeirah Village project encompasses more than 6000 spaciously constructed villas and townhouses set amidst luscious landscaping. Located just off Sheikh Zayed road, Jumeirah Village lies adjacent to Jumeirah Islands.

Encardio-rite supplied geotechnical instruments during the construction. We have supplied instrumentation for the diaphragm wall through Pilex.

Convention Centre


Location: Doha, Qatar

The Qatar National Convention Centre, QNCC, is considered to be one of the greenest convention centers in the world. Centre opened in December of 2011, the $720 million building, designed by Japanese architect Arata Isozaki and international practice RHWL architects has proven to attract attention around the world for the iconic bent steel structure spanning 250 meters in the shape of the native Sidra tree that grows up to support the overhanging roof structure.

Encardio-rite supplied instrumentation for the Convention Centre Doha - a 108 storey building, through Ammico Contracting Co. WLL, Doha. Encardio rite supplied foundation instruments for the project.

Al Quds


Location: Doha, Qatar

Al Quads is the 500 meters high building and is expected to be worth about QAR 2.4 billion. The mixed use tower will be one of the tallest in the world, and will have 5 underground levels for parking and 100 floors above ground. The 101 story Al- Quds Tower project is typical of the type of construction that exists in a constantly changing skyline.

The use of diaphragm walls to support the basement structure is used and the stability of such walls is reliant on ground anchors. Encardio-rite supplied foundation instruments to Al Quds tower, Doha through Ammico Contracting Company who got awarded the piling and foundation works contract in 2009.

Corniche Hotel


Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Encardio-rite supplied instrumentation for the Corniche hotel, Abu Dhabi. We have supplied foundation/strut instrumentation through soil foundation.

Al Mirani Fort


Location: Muscat, Oman

Fort Al-Mirani is a fort in the harbor of the city of Muscat, Oman.

Encardio-rite supplied and installed instruments at Al Mirani Fort, Oman for long term monitoring of the fort. The slope stabilizing work carried on all sides of the fort and the instrumentation is only on the east side towards the palace (zone 1) and south side facing the mosque (zone 2). To monitor performance before and after pressure grouting, rock bolting etc., the basic instrumentation scheme consists of subsurface lateral movement in six vertical boreholes in zone 1 by using a chain of in-place inclinometers; Subsurface lateral movement in eight vertical boreholes in zone 2 by using a chain of in-place inclinometers; surface tilt of walls at 20 locations and of turret at two locations; horizontal movement in twelve horizontal boreholes in zone 1 by using single point borehole extensometers; Horizontal movement in sixteen horizontal boreholes in zone 2 by using single point borehole extensometers and temperature at 6 locations.

Cabo Fort


Location: Goa, India

Encardio-rite supplied and installed instruments at Cabo Fort, Governor Bungalow - Goa. The project execution was through Water Resources Department (WRD), in association with ITD Cementation. We have supplied and installed Web Based Data monitoring (WDMS) for the Cabo Fort with inclinometers and crack meters. Rock anchors were also installed in the staggered grid on the slope outside the Cabo Fort.

Expansion Of Al Masjide Al Haram

Encardio-rite has been entrusted the work of instrumentation of the foundation along with our associate "Starmass" for the expansion of the Al masjide Al Haram, Saudi Arabia as per the government plan.

Encardio-rite supplied and installed instruments including earth pressure cell, concrete pressure cell, piezometer, embedment strain gage, sister bars, and automatic data acquisition system in no. of sections/locations proposed for pillars and elevators.

Basilica Of S. Maria Assunta Carignano


Location: Genova, Italy

Encardio-rite supplied instruments for building monitoring at Italy through GD Test/Geodata Torino. Sensors for tilt and crack measurements installed at Basilica of S. Maria Assunta Carignano. The data from sensors like including tiltmeter, crackmeter with high low alarms is available online with web base data monitoring system incorporating high low alarms set for displacement and temperature monitoring.
