Model EAN-25M Inclinometer System
|

|
|
EAN-25M vertical inclinometer system
is used to measure lateral movement and deformation of
earth works or a structure. It provides magnitude of
inclination or tilt and its variation with time in
structures like retaining/diaphragm walls, piles etc.
EAN-25/M-H horizontal inclinometer
system, provides significant quantitative data on
magnitude of settlement/heave of foundations and its
variation with time. It also provides the pattern of
deformation, zones of potential danger and the
effectiveness of construction control measures
undertaken.
The inclinometer system basically
consists of inclinometer casings with couplings, probe
with operating cable and datalogger. Accessories like
dummy probe, calibration check jig, cable lowering
bracket are available on demand

EAN-25/2M Vertical
Inclinometer Probe |
EAN-25/2M consists of
two precision accelerometers inside a waterproof
stainless steel housing, fitted with two pairs of
pivoted sprung wheels. The sprung loaded wheels help to
position the probe centrally inside the gage well at any
required depth. A six pin connector is provided for
connection to the cable.
Operating cable
graduated at every 0.5m includes a high tensile
straining member and is supplied with a easy to carry
reel.

EAN-25/2M-H
Horizontal Inclinometer Probe |
 |
EAN-25/2M-H horizontal
inclinometer probe is designed to take measurement
within horizontally installed inclinometer casing. It is
biaxial and is fitted with two pairs of pivoted sprung
wheels which can freely rotate on individual bearings.
The rear end of probe has provision to fix an eye bolt
used to connect the pull cable when taking readings.

EDI-53 INS Inclinometer Data Logger
|
 |
The data logger is housed in a rugged
weather proof enclosure. It can store readings with date
and time with time and date. It is battery operated with
an easy to read display. It is supplied complete with
software to transfer the data to a PC further processing
or for archive purposes.

EAN-25/1 Casing
and Fittings |
   |
The inclinometer
casings may be installed in a borehole, embedded in fill
or concrete during construction or fixed to the face of
completed structure. These are self aligning ABS casings
with longitudinal keyways at 90° for probe orientation.
The casings and couplings (fixed or telescopic) are
joined together with pop rivets. Mastic tape is used
over the joints to make a waterproof joint.

GTILT |
 |
|
GTILT software is
designed to handle large or small volumes of data from
EDI-53 INS inclinometer datalogger. It is suitable for
plotting cumulative displacement, incremental
displacement and absolute position against depth or
elevation. It plots displacement, shear strain, rate of
displacement and rate of shear strain against time. All
plots are available in the inclinometer groove
directions or at a skew angle. Checksums can be viewed
in histogram form, allowing an immediate quantitative
assessment of the quality of each data sheet. Top-down
plots can incorporate independent surveys or surface
movement. Lines, polylines, and text can be drawn on the
plots to show straitigraphy, piles, tunnels, excavations
and so on, with user-definable point sizes and colors. |

Model EAN-51M Vertical
In-Place
Inclinometer System |
 |
Like model EAN-25, EAN-51M is used to
measure lateral movement and deformations of earth works
or a structure, but in this system the probe is left
inside the casing for real time monitoring. The in-place
sensor probe is fitted with a pair of pivoted sprung
wheels. A string of sensors can be positioned inside a
casing for a complete deflection profile.

Model EDS-50/51
Direct and Inverted Plumb Line |
 |
EDS-50 (direct) and
EDS-51 (inverted) plumb lines are used for monitoring
tilt of tall structure & high rise buildings and for
measurement and monitoring of relative displacement in
concrete masonry dam. The readout system consists of
